My Jeep Wrangler Rebuilt project.

The Body Work

Well the body has been sitting there for a while, and now it's time for some body work. So we first flip it over to better work on the bottom.

Flipped overUpside down

Flipping over the body I managed to to a little damage, so next time a little help to keep it from hitting the motor crane.

Where the holes were.The patch

The panels were first applied using SEM Partch panel adhesive. I did get the special mixing applicator. Cleaning down to the bare metal is very important during this step. The adhesve is made to stick to the metal, not under coating or paint.

Next panel

Two steps, first the support panel, and then the floor panel. I could have replaced the whole panel, but only needed to replace a small section.

my boo boo

Ya, here's the mistake I made when flipping the body over. More work to do now :-(
