Bang bang bang, grind and sand. So far the neighbors haven't complained about the noises.

 

Adding the diamond plates took up a morning, but I like the look. One less section that I have to get real fussy with on the body work. I also added some expanding foam to work as additional sound deadener. It found it's way out of one of the drainage holes in the body. Now I have to make sure the drainage works, or I'm sure to get rust in a whole new place.

Getting the side smooth again and well primed.
